Covid Restrictions RED LIGHT
COVID RESTRICTIONS - We are currently in RED - and we are OPEN
UPDATE - As of the 4th of April 2022, you no longer need to show your vaccine pass or sign in on the covid app on arrival. We do ask that you wear a mask within the base.
Firstly, all of our staff are fully vaccinated. We are here to have an awesome time rafting and want to make sure that you do too, while also maintaining Ministry of Health guidelines and Health and Safety regulations.
What this means for you
If your group is vaccinated, we can operate as per normal, we ask that you sign in via the covid app or manual sign in, masks are strongly encouraged through the base and on the bus and you must bring your vaccination pass if you are 12 and 3 months and over. Maximum group size is 100.
If your group is unvaccinated, we operate slightly differently.
Firstly, when booking, please let us know, so that we can operate your group seamlessly.
You must wear a mask at the base and on the bus and sign in on the covid app or manual sign in.
We will run unvaccinated trips exclusively. We can take groups of 2 or more, sorry no singles. Maximum 5 per raft and we can raft groups up to 25 people in RED.
On arrival you must wait in the carpark, until a staff member has come out and briefed you for the next steps.
We must keep vaccinated and unvaccinated groups apart. Unvaccinated groups will have to wait until other groups have checked in, and got kitted up and left base.
Due to increased operational costs, promo codes cannot be used.
We appreciate your understanding as we navigate through the guidelines, please remember we just want to go have an awesome time rafting and show off our backyard ✌️
